No previous experience in telecommunications is required – we’ll teach you all that you need to know, but a keen interest in technology would be advantageous.


Some of the responsibilities of the role are:

  • Achieving and exceeding sales volume targets whilst maintaining quality and professionalism throughout the entire sales cycle
  • Inbound/Outbound Telemarketing
  • F2F Promotional Events
  • Sales Pipeline management
  • Leading from the front on Customer Experience
  • Managing operational/administrative duties related to role
  • Providing team support and sharing best practise
  • Building effective relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
  • Broad understanding of departmental/company strategy and objectives
  • Accountable for ongoing personal development


You’ve got the core skills and experience if:

·You have excellent verbal communication and presentation skills, and the ability to ‘engage’ people.

·You have 1+ Yr experience working within a targeted sales environment either phone or f2f.

· Or you have 1+ Yr experience working within a customer service based environment either phone or f2f.

·You’re proficient using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams. (Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is an advantage).

·You’re organized and efficient, with first-rate written communication skills with a focus on quality and accuracy.

·You’re self-motivated, innovative and enthusiastic with a real passion for professionally helping our customers find the ideal solution.

·Naturally competitive, you’ve also a strong desire to work collaboratively as part of a team and support others to achieve ambitious goals.

· You love technology, learn quickly, and can’t wait to get to work in this vibrant and fast paced industry!
