Based in Billingham, National Numbers Ltd is one of the UK’s largest and longest established personalised registration dealers. We pride ourselves on delivering industry-leading, customer service excellence in a friendly, knowledgeable, professional manner to every client.

Owing to an increased number of sales enquiries, a Sales Executive role converting leads from incoming phone calls and internet enquiries has become available.

  • Answering calls in a professional and timely manner.
  • Diligent handling of sales enquiries.
  • Responding to customers’ requirements and finding them suitable registrations on receipt of the enquiry.
  • Liaising with administration colleagues to ensure customer paperwork is processed in a timely manner.
  • Acting on internet enquiries within a given time frame, to specified KPIs.
  • Using the database to look up relevant number plates to match customer requirements.
  • Keeping the database up-to-date with any progress updates against an enquiry.
  • Any other duties as required by the Sales Team Manager or Director of Operations

  • Desirable Competencies

  • A proven track record in Sales. However, full training will be provided to the successful candidate.
  • Good IT skills with a knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

  • The role reports to the Sales Team Manager.
