Sales Executive

Do you have the ability to build rapport quickly either in person or over the phone?

Would you like to work for one of the fastest growing companies in the UK telecoms space with uncapped earning potential?

We do things differently at XLN, we know that in order for us to get the most out of our employees we need to provide the training, support and ongoing coaching that is needed to be successful - If you don’t have Sales experience, don’t worry!You will receive full training on sales techniques, objection handling, product knowledge and much more.

We will also provide ongoing coaching and support; we know Sales is tough and many of our managers have been in your shoes before! We will put everything we can into your training and support, all we ask for is the right attitude, commitment and confidence!

What’s on offer?

An uncapped commission scheme with the opportunity to earn between 30k-50k in your first year - Our top performers are being promoted within 3 months!

Sales Executives – 30k OTE

Sales Team Leaders – 40k OTE

Sales Team Managers – 50k OTE
