Role And ResponsibilitiesJoin our Sales team at our site in Gatwick where you’ll where you will be part of the front-end sales team for future pilots joining our cadet training programmes.Your role will involve managing a high volume of inbound enquiries as well as actively going out to market to meet with individuals interested in the aviation industry. This will include national and international travel to attend schools, colleges, and various industry events to educate and inspire future pilots. You’ll also support the team at our internal information sessions and open days.This is a fixed term contract due to maternity leave (expected duration 6-7 months).The role we are offering you
  • Lead generation and lead management, ensuring prompt follow-ups resulting in applications for future courses
  • Conducting tours of the academy and presenting to a variety of groups consisting of potential cadets at our information sessions and open days
  • Recording sales related activities in the CRM system, Salesforce, to ensure compliance and accurate data capture
  • Supporting the analysis of sales trends to pinpoint and build future sales strategies and performance criteria
Our ideal candidate has:
  • Previous sales experience
  • Strong presentation skills, able to articulate information to a diverse audience
  • Excellent team player with experience of working in a collaborative team environment
  • Flexibility to travel nationally and internationally, sometimes at relatively short notice
Location:Gatwick, West Sussex. This is a hybrid role with around 50% on site.This role will include some national and international travel.What kind of person will succeed in this team?Your role will be critical to the success of the overall team as you’ll manage the entry point for most of our cadets joining CAE’s training programmes. Therefore, you’ll need to be a strong communicator, able to tailor your messaging to suit different audiences, including families of young cadets.
