THE ROLE:

As a Sales Executive, you will work alongside Senior Sales Executives and Team Leaders to create sales opportunities for Yappl’s range of next generation connectivity and voice solutions. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to businesses to qualify and identify the decision makers, and ultimately manage and develop new sales opportunities to maximise revenue and GP.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Cold call businesses to introduce Yappl and our services
  • Sell and promote our range of next generation fibre and UC solutions
  • Qualify customers by following Yappl’s sales process and scripts
  • Manage a pipeline of call backs as well as all aspects of the customer sales process
  • Record all activities in Yappl’s CRM system
  • Follow up E-Shots and other marketing activities / campaigns

THE SUCCESSFUL PERSON:

We are looking for a charismatic, driven individual with a natural aptitude for sales. Ideally you will understand the difference between inbound sales order processing and proactive selling.

Key skills and experience required:

  • Highly target driven with a desire to succeed
  • A professional communicator with the ability to engage with decision makers at all levels
  • Keen to learn about the business and our products
  • Passionate about sharing your knowledge with potential customers
  • Computer literate with CRM systems and MS Office Suite
  • Able to work as part of a team supporting colleagues where necessary
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
