Someone asked me what a job description to work ConnectAndSell, Inc . Inc would look like for an AE role. Got me thinking.

This is it:

" Have conversations for 5-6 hours a day, either prospecting or being in structured sales meetings pushing and pulling deals through a well-structured process."

They then asked, what characteristics do you look for?

I said: "Dynamic, mature, executive presence, can challenge C-Level using data and numbers, and be laser-focused on the mission which is transforming how customers go-to-market".

They went on and asked, what’s in it for them? I said: "financial freedom, some skin in the game, freedom to work from anywhere, get impressive coaching every day and learn every day how ’000’s of companies sell and maybe, most importantly, become an expert at something in a way most professional sellers would love to, but never will."

She passed. Will you?

We are growing and hiring and in the market for quota-carrying sales directors.
