Job Description

Position: Sales Development Representative

Location: Birkenhead

Hours: Monday - Friday 9.00am-5.30pm 37.5 Hours per week

Salary: £24,000 P/A with OTE £45,000 P/A

Due to growth and success, we are currently looking a well driven individual to work for a well establish Construction Consultancy Company, who are currently in the process of relocation to a new office space and are looking to expand.

The ideal candidate will have previous business development or sales experience. If specifically, within telesales and telemarketing would be a bonus.

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Research

  • Lead Generation (Inbound / Outbound)

  • Data Management

  • Proactive outreach

  • Referrals

  • Qualification

  • Booking meetings

Skills

  • A desire to develop a career within sales

  • Have a hands-on, proactive attitude

  • Ability to learn quickly, adapt to change

  • Technically / digitally savvy

  • Desire to continually learn more about your craft (sales)

  • Meticulous attention to detail

  • A degree, diploma or equivalent education is a preference (but not a requirement)

  • You will be a passionate individual who can change a customer’s way of thinking

  • You will be articulate, with excellent communication skills, telephone manner and ability to build rapport
