Trustmarque are now on the hunt for a new team of Sales Development Representatives in York! Team socials in a welcoming, inclusive environment Lucrative bonus and incentive schemes 25 days of holiday (plus up to 5 days available through a purchase scheme) Private healthcare and pension What you will be doing : Gain a comprehensive knowledge of Trustmarque, their offering and the market they operate within, in order to have valuable and detailed conversations with prospects Research prospective organisations and generate your own sales pipeline of leads to target Lead discovery conversations with prospects to unearth challenges and an understand digital roadmaps Through regular prospect outreach via phone calls, emails and social channels, book outbound meetings with key decision makers and senior members of the Trustmarque sales team Work in tandem with the Business Development Manager & Directors to manage the on-going sales pipeline Maintain impeccable administration and update all sales and prospect activity in the CRM system Requirements: GCSE’s in English and Maths as a minimum Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal Keen and passionate about learning new skills on a daily basis Enthusiastic, with a can-do, positive mindset Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed Pareto is committed to promoting equality, diversity and inclusion.
