We are currently recruiting for a full-time Customer Service Manager to join our friendly team in The Cosmetic dental in Newcastle. The Cosmetic Dental Clinic is the Northeast’s premier centre for high-quality dentistry in the North East based in the centre of Newcastle.

You’ll be responsible for generating new lead, implementing and managing patient focused, integrated marketing campaigns across the full mix of social media platforms. You will be focused on driving new patient numbers, increasing awareness and upselling of treatments, increasing private revenue, growing practice referral base, and enhancing the end to end Portman patient journey.

What do we look for in our Customer Service Manager?

  • Manage all enquiries from new and existing patients
  • Effectively manage the business sales objectives for the practice
  • Proactively play a role in supporting our marketing initiatives across the practice
  • Help to deliver and improve our patient journey
  • Work closely with the wider team and develop good collaborative working relationships with individual practices
  • Training will be provided if you can demonstrate an understanding of delivering first-class customer service. You will need to have a good command of basic IT packages e.g., MS Office.
