About Warble Entertainment AgencyWe are an exciting entertainment booking service based in Crewe, Cheshire. We book entertainment for weddings, corporate events, festivals, and private parties, and we are looking for likeminded sales representatives to join our amazing team.
This role is office-based (in Crewe), fast-paced, sales focused and dynamic. The successful candidate must be able to work under pressure, keep cool, yet maintain a high attention to detail. They must be confident, highly motivated and have an excellent phone manner for sales and proven experience.
We are looking for people that are professional, kind and courteous but also love making a sale.
- Present, promote and sell entertainment using sales techniques to existing and prospective customers, whilst working at the level of customer professionalism required
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships by promoting the Warble ethos and brand to customers and artists alike
- To achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes to set time-scales
- To process bookings via our bespoke administration system and issue contracts and invoices to customers.
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Keep well-informed of best practices and promotional trends
- Continuously improve through feedback from management and customers
- Whilst being able to work within a team is a great attribute, we want a sales coordinator that can hold their own and will strive to be at the top of the leader board every month.
- An ability to communicate with a wide variety of people
- A positive, friendly and outgoing personality
- Good knowledge of computers, the internet and Microsoft packages
- A logical and practical approach to problem-solving
- Excellent organisation and sales prioritisation
- Experience in working quickly and under pressure, whilst maintaining a high level of detail
- Enthusiasm and motivation
- Strong communication skills and the ability to take responsibility for your own workload is also essential.
37.5 hours per week - Monday - Friday
