200+ nationwide and online! The Fragrance Shop are on the lookout for a passionate, ambitious and experienced Sales Consultant to join our company!

Introducing The Fragrance Shop Oxford Street Flagship store.

TFS Oxford Street is a 2500sq ft. store opening in September 2023. A state of the art retail store, zoned to perfection where our customers are invited to embark on a journey to discover fragrance, receive a gold star personal service and join our MYTFS membership to become a VIP customer!

A Snapshot of the Role:

The Fragrance shop are on the lookout for a enthusiastic, motivated and reliable sales consultant to join our team. Imparting your knowledge, being the inspiring expert, using the ability to demonstrates unrivalled service, ensuring the customers leave completely satisfied and already excited about their return visit to TFS Oxford Street Flagship store.

You will be an ambassador of The Fragrance Shop who will build and nurture relationships with all the brands and customers.

You and the Team will be the face of the Business and will represent everything that sets The Fragrance Shop apart from the competition.we are extremely passionate about our products and our employees are trained to offer the very best expertise and knowledge withing the fragrance industry.so if you are passionate about fragrance and thrive in a busy environment then this could be the prefect role for you!

You will enjoy using social media to spread our mantra of ‘Spray a Little Happiness’ far and wide!

Key Responsibilities

• Delivering exceptional customer experience and ensuring the highest FEEFO customer review scores
• Effectively matching the correct fragrance to the customer’s needs
• Keeping up to date with product knowledge, new fragrances and creative ideas
• Introducing a range of add ons
• Your store will be visited regularly by the CEO and Board of Directors. Your Store and Team must be 100% standards and fully trained at all times.
• Recover and replenish stock, so items are available to sell
• Processing transactions at the till point
• Carry out any reasonable tasks as requested by your Area Manager.
• Inspiring our customers with spraying fragrances and providing demonstrations

Required Experience

• Educated to GCSE level or equivalent.
• Previous experience in sales/retail would be an advantage but not essential.
• Strong team working skills
• Flexibility to include evenings and weekends.

Salary: £7.81-£10.72 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Overtime
