Sales Consultant - Weybridge - salary £20k-£25k DOE - Yr 1 - achievable OTE £50k - £60k+ uncapped

Initial 6-8 weeks training will be office based then a mix of home/office

A successful and expanding financial services business based in Weybridge are now looking for a number of exceptional Sales Consultants to join their team.

All you need to have is some outbound sales experience but most of all you need drive, ambition and a whole lot of resilience. The training you will receive will ensure that you are successful from day 1. You can even start earning commission during your training period with a very achievable training bonus.

The unrivalled commission structure here will allow you achieve your full potential and earn unlimited commission and your personal achievement will be recognised and rewarded.

We will consider candidates from B2C, B2B, Telesales, Events, Estate agency, Recruitment, Car sales and other industries

Job role of the Sales Consultant:

  • You will contact your customers by telephone via real time web generated leads - No cold calling!
  • Perform fact find, overcome concerns/objections
  • Sell benefits and arrange policy for customer whilst maintaining industry standards/compliance

You will need to have the following experience/attributes:

  • Previous sales experience, preferably in an outbound sales role (B2B or B2C)
  • You will be a target driven individual who is motivated by money and success
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Passionate about achieving targets
  • Self motivated and driven by a competitive reward based environment
  • Ability to work from home
