The role of the Sales Consultant is to respond to and proactively follow-up on inbound leads for our European, and UK clients, and to generate new sales and revenue possibilities for the business (by email and phone).

Your profile

Responsibilities and accountabilities:

  • Respond to, qualify, proactively follow-up on inbound leads
  • Identify customer needs and wants, work through objections and present suitable solutions
  • Develop and share expertise, up to date knowledge of Clearlight’s product range, including features, benefits and sales terms (payment terms, warranty, installation, and delivery)
  • Stay up to date on market trends and key competitors
  • Liaise with Showroom Affiliates to arrange sauna viewings, where requested, to facilitate the sales process
  • Close sales; achieve or exceed agreed sales targets
  • Continuous improvement of sales skills and customer experience
  • Participate in regular Sales and wider team meetings, including contribution to internal projects, as required
  • Provide Lead team with ongoing feedback and suggestions for continuous improvement to the Sales process and broader customer experience and customer needs
  • Align with and act in accordance with Clearlight’s core value
  • Represent the Clearlight brand with professionalism and integrity

Skills, experience and qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a sales consultant or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Highly motivated, with a driving sense of responsibility, accountability and responsiveness
  • Effective time management and self-discipline
  • Ability to work autonomously whilst also being a great team player
  • Flexible and adaptable; comfortable with ambiguity and a dynamic work environment
  • Working knowledge of and passion for Clearlight products and the broader wellness industry
  • Working knowledge of systems (Infusionsoft, Slack, Trello, LiveChat, Google Drive, etc)
  • English is the primary language at Clearlight, therefore we kindly ask applicants who have C2 or Fluent to apply. Additional languages such as German, French or Spanish are a plus!
