We are looking for a Repair Technician to work in our Rotherham Store. The Repair Technician will fix devices that have stopped working and return them back to their owners. Their main responsibilities include taking apart devices and identifying the problem, putting gadgets back together and ensuring they’re fully functional, remaining calm and professional while dealing with frustrated customers, following company policies and documenting all relevant information. You will also need to have some basic knowledge of vape devices and disposables, as well as vape liquids and accessories. on the job training will be provided, so over time you should be up to date with all the knowledge required. YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD TO APPLY FOR THIS JOB.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform various repairs on broken items, such as laptops and mobile phones.
  • Diagnose the source of problems with items and equipment and provide an estimate of time and labour required to repair these issues.
  • Communicate with customers.
  • Provide solutions to electronic problems.
  • Repair broken or faulty software and hardware.
  • Help customers in selecting screen protectors, cases and mobile accessories
  • Be knowledgable of various vaping devices and accessoriesy
  • YOU MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK FULL TIME

Salary: £7.50-£11.00 per hour
