We are currently looking for a Sales Assistant to join our team at Feel Fit Gym.

We have a full time/part time position available. The applicant must be flexible as you will be required to work mornings, evenings and weekends.

The job role:

  • Working at the front desk welcoming visitors and members by greeting them
  • Dealing with membership enquiries
  • Answering phone calls in relation to queries about the gym
  • Promote sale of memberships
  • Assisting with tours/trials and ensuring members have a great experience at our facility
  • Keeping the gym clean and tidy and ensuring members are adhering to COVID guidelines
  • Dealing with payments in accordance to company policy

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar or a customer facing role is a must
  • Confident and a team player
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Computer literate
  • Ability to use own initiative
  • Punctual
