VAPE PLUG NW LTD is looking for a results-driven retail Sales Assistant to be responsible for all sales and customer service activities, including generating leads, conducting appointments, selling products and returning customers calls.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure customers are first in the conversation and turn away only those customers who have not made a purchase by the end of the day.
  • Ensure that all merchandise is displayed in an appealing and visible manner.
  • Meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Maintain good working knowledge of products offered.
  • Keep all counters, displays and equipment clean and well-stocked.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean, organized and safe working environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Must be able to communicate effectively with customers, vendors and co-workers.
  • Must be able to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Must possess excellent interpersonal skills; must be able to build relationships quickly and easily with both new and existing customers, vendors, and co-workers.
  • Must possess strong organizational skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Must possess good time management skills; must be able to work independently without constant supervision.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 30 per week

Salary: £400.00-£600.00 per week

  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

  • Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
  • customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)
