Looking for a Sales or Retail Assistant job but don’t have enough experience?

Maybe, you currently work in retail or sales and are fed up of a lack of progression and earning minimum wage?

ALL successful candidates must be 18+ and WILL be required to attend meetings in person in the office on a daily basis.

Our Swindon based client have entry level sales assistant roles suitable for those with and without experience as full product training and one to one sales coaching is provided from day one and throughout. This role is perfect for those that are looking to gain skills and experience within the sales, marketing and customer service industries or job seekers looking for a more challenging career with opportunities to progress.

The Role
  • Provide customers with genuine sales advice and customer service
  • Be able to commit full time hours at least 3 full days a week Monday - Saturday
  • Representing clients in face to face campaigns
  • National and international travel opportunities
  • Must be willing to commute to central Swindon on a daily basis

These are fantastic opportunities for people who work as retail assistants, shop assistants and anyone currently in the sales industry to start earning more than the minimum wage with annual OTE’s of £21-£30k.

The role will require you to be over the age of 18 and work in event campaigns in the Swindon area. This opportunity is offered on a self employed basis so all earnings are commission only, therefore you are in full control of your earnings while getting the recognition and financial benefits you deserve.
