This is an office based role where you will work with a portfolio of business customers managing the day to day needs. This will include providing quotations, advising on products, organising deliveries and dealing with queries. You will also build very strong relationships with your customers, be consultative and generally add value to the service you offer in order to cross and up-sell to maximise revenue. You will also use a CRM system, follow the business’s quality systems and processes and work to sales and service targets.

It is essential that you have gained sales and customer in a professional environment. You will also be enthusiastic, have great communication skills and enjoy working with customers.
