Sales and Marketing Associate Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the senior sales and marketing team to execute sales campaigns and events

- Acquire foundational communication and negotiation skills essential for successful sales and marketing campaigns

- Cultivate excellent interpersonal skills adaptable to diverse campaigns and demographics

- Manage campaigns and clients’ brands

- Be part of the training and development workshops

- Oversee brands projects, campaigns and accounts

- Develop leadership skills necessary for managing a sales team further down the line

- Learn HR, PR, recruitment, finance, and legal operations alongside Sales and Marketing

- Work closely with senior management to ensure campaigns are completed within specified time frames, budgets, and specifications

- Foster strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction with our services

- Continuously learn and develop new skills to enhance company services and meet clients’ needs

Sales and Marketing Associate Requirements:
