Sales & Marketing Administrator
The Brand in a Box Company specialise in eco-friendly, sustainable branded packaging, labelling and point-of-sale, supplying predominantly to the food service sector.

We are looking for an experienced, bright and dynamic business to business Sales & Marketing administrator to help drive and improve sales and expand the client base of the company.

This person will help to support the Sales side of the business and help to link sell and inform our customers about our products through regular client comms. They will also help to respond to client requests and ensure we constantly achieve the high level of service and professionalism that our clients expect, whilst consistently promoting the BIAB ethos.

Must be able to retain large amounts of product / client knowledge and help us to develop and maintain the systems for keeping client data current.

Our ideal candidate should be proactive and able to show great initiative. Be able to keep a cool head under pressure whilst also being able to create work and use their initiative, to ensure the smooth running of the company, the customer service experience and ultimately contribute to sales growth.

This is a varied role that will ideally suit an enthusiastic, self-motivated, multi-skilled individual, able to quickly take on a variety of tasks and achieve results.

Duties will include (but are not limited to) – General office administration, order processing and client facing customer service, internal sales support functions, initiating outgoing comms to clients through various methods and media to help drive sales, maintenance of client databases and online ordering systems, managing leads and nurturing client relationships.
Our ideal candidate will have;
Experience in a B2B sales / client facing environment.

Experience with Sage 50 is preferable.

Experience of Excel is also preferable.

Good communication skills, ability to use own initiative and able to take on challenges.

Self motivated with a creative flair.

GCSE (or equivalent) C or above in Maths and English as an absolute minimum. Higher Education preferable.
In return we are offering
Full time permanent contract - Monday to Friday 9-5.30

Starting salary of 23k - 26k basic + performance related bonus
