    Part time, 25-30 hours per week, negotiable schedule

Our client is a reputable Estate Agent with locations in Stoke on Trent and Cheadle, specialising in property sales and lettings. They are seeking an experienced Part Time Sales & Lettings Administrator to join the team and provide support for the day-to-day operations of the office.

As a Sales & Lettings Administrator, you will be responsible for handling admin emails, processing sales and lettings inquiries, generating valuation leads, booking viewings and valuations, and assisting with property management tasks. This role will initially be based in the Stoke location but will expand to include work at the Cheadle branch.

Key responsibilities:

    Respond to admin emails and dispatch to other employees
    Process sales and lettings inquiries
    Generate new sales/lets valuations based on leads by phone or email
    Book viewings and valuations and conduct property matches
    Obtain and lodge feedback for director’s viewings
    Conduct price changes and re-match applicants to other properties
    Chase up valuations weekly and monthly
    Assist on progressing sales under director’s instructions
    Place tenancy applications and complete compliance work for lettings
    Update and audit sales and lettings displays weekly
    Take payments for rental and services, and produce invoices where needed
    Issue valuation reports conducted by directors
    Assist with property management tasks related to repairs, safety tests, and inspections
    Assist directors in the running of the company

The ideal Sales and Lettings Administrator

    Experience in office administration is essential
    Experience in estate or lettings is preferred but not required
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
    Ability to work effectively as part of a team
    Proactive and dedicated to achieving the best outcomes
    Adaptable to meet the needs of the business
