Are you looking for an exciting new career opportunity? We are seeking Sales Advisors to join a fun and fast-paced team in Swindon!

You will be dealing with inbound and outbound sales calls, discussing existing orders and following up warm leads. A passion to earn good money and provide excellent customer service is needed.

70% of your calls will be warm ones, meaning the customers are either completing an order online or starting the process. This makes it easier to upsell the products, services and care packages.

  • Basic salary of £18,532.80 (OTE of £30,000 - £50,000)
  • Working days are 5 out of any 7 days, and 3 out of 4 weekends
  • 3 shift patterns, between 9am - 6pm , 10am - 7pm and 12pm - 9pm

Responsibilities of a Sales Advisor:

  • Dealing with outbound and inbound telephone calls to prospective customers
  • Converting initial enquires into sales, and up-selling and cross-selling products by carefully listening to and advising customers on products
  • Maintaining communication with existing customers, ensuring they are aware of services and products on offer
  • Using an in-house system to contact all potential customers in order to understand any reasons for not purchasing
  • Consistently providing excellent customer service and upholding a professional telephone manner at all times
  • Inputting customer details and information into internal computer databases
  • Working to pre-determined targets and thriving within a vibrant, busy environment
