The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for new clients, establishing their requirements, discussing suitable products and services all whilst offering their trademark outstanding customer service levels.

Responsibilities of the Sales Advisor: • Following up on potential customer enquiries and establishing their needs and expectations.

  • Generating new business through a combination of research and exploring existing relationships.
  • Discussing a range of products and services and understanding customer needs.
  • Creating competitive quotes for clients and following up.
  • Establish and maintain client relationships through offering a person and professional customer service experience,
The Candidate: The successfully appointed Sales Advisor will have the following skills and abilities:

  • A strong communicator with an outgoing personality and the ability to create new relationships.
  • Excellent IT skills.
  • Knowledge of the financial sector would be beneficial but as full training is given, not essential.
