At Forth Windows and Doors we have one main objective, to sell our customers their dream door. Unlike traditional Window and Door companies’ hard sell approach, all our Sales are conducted over the phone in a polite and friendly, no pressure manor.

We are proud of the service we provide and we are looking for somebody who will take pride in providing the service too.

About the role

Working within our sales team, you will provide first class service to our customers over the phone, using your skills to maximise sales. Your daily tasks will include dealing with inbound inquiries from our various websites, providing customers with quotes, up selling complimentary products and taking payments. This role does not involve cold calling.

This is a permanent position and offers full training & support with a competitive salary and the opportunity to grow and develop within the company.

You will be office based at our Head office in Glenrothes, Fife and working a full time week of 40 hours with some evening and weekend work on a rota system.

Salary is £21,167 per year + achievable monthly bonus, overtime & weekend supplement payment (potential earning value up to £8,000 per year)

Skills Required

· Previous experience in a sales/customer service role

· Good computer skills

· Able to develop excellent product knowledge

· Excellent telephone manner

· Positive attitude

· Work efficiently and effectively to meet team and individual targets

· Ensure every customer feels valued and satisfied with their order

· Communicate with potential customers in an engaging and enthusiastic manner

· Flexibility within your working hours

· Good team player, reliable and dependable
