As an Energy Sales Advisor you will answer both incoming and outcoming calls from existing customers, making sure that they are still receiving the best deal for their energy. You will be a member of the primary contact team for consumers interested in our service and will be responsible for completing an independent energy comparison over the phone, making certain that they are always getting the best deal yearly.

As an Energy Sales Advisor you will answer both incoming and outcoming calls from existing customers, making sure that they are still receiving the best deal for their energy. You will be a member of the primary contact team for consumers interested in our service and will be responsible for completing an independent energy comparison over the phone, making certain that they are always getting the best deal yearly.

Energy Sales Advisor Responsibilities and Duties:

· Building a rapport with our existing clientele

· Ensuring that the customer is paying no more than what they need to for their energy.

· Identify and escalate issues to supervisors.

· Provide the features and benefits of the service to customers.

· Document all call information according to the companies standard operating procedures.

· Follow up customer calls where necessary.

· Complete call logs and reports

· Obtains client information by answering telephone calls; interviewing clients; verifying information.

Energy Sales Advisor Qualifications and Skills:

· Previous experience in a target driven environment is preferred but not essential.

· Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills

· Ability to handle stressful situation appropriately.

· Data entry skills

· High standard of attention to customer details

· Outgoing and confident personality

· Remarkable people skills

Expected start date: 13/07/2021

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £9.00 per hour

Additional pay:

  • Bonus scheme
  • Commission pay

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends
