The opportunity
32.5 hours per week Monday to Friday 08:30am to 3:30pm
We are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join our VW team in Oldham. Reporting into the Dealership Accountant you will complete all associated administration duties associated with purchasing a vehicle. This will include all invoicing paperwork, the online taxing and registering of vehicles and updating of internal sales systems.
As a Sales Administrator you’ll need a keen eye for detail and need to ensure all vehicle documents are correct and that FCA regulations are met. You will work closely with Sales Executives to ensure our customers receive the best possible service when it comes to vehicle handover.

  • Previous Sales Administration experience
  • Experience of working within a dealership
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Experience of managing your own workload
  • Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Excellent organisation and time keeping skills

We’re expanding our own-brand, Motor Match our used sites, and we don’t stop at dealerships; we operate four Volkswagen Group Trade Part Centres, an Accident Repair Centre, a Group Fleet Sales Centre and an eBay shop re-cycling obsolete parts. All this is supported by our Head Office in Crewe.
