Job Title: Sales Office AdministratorSite: Jarrow, Tyne & WearWages: £9 per hourBasic Hours: Mon to Fri 9am -5pm (37½ hrs per week) daily ½ hour lunchDuration: Permanent This employer are looking for a Sales Office Administrator, preferably with a background in Sales & Customer Services. Main duties will include processing orders via email & telephone, product pricing and general enquiries. Liaising with external sales staff, retailers & customers. You would also be responsible for booking in deliveries and liaising with company delivery crew. A history of an administration role within a manufacturing environment would be an advantage. Key Skills:- Possess an excellent telephone manner- Proven ability to work in a high pressure environment- Proven track record in a sales / customer service role- Ability to multitask- Have the ability to communicate across relevant departments- Excellent Microsoft Office Skills, including Excel and Word- Accurate work with attention to detail- Ability to work under pressure Additional Information:- Working in a bright modern office.- 5 mins walk from Bede metro station.
