Purely Automotive Recruitment Ltd are seeking an experienced and professional Sales Administrator to join our client based in Stoke on Trent. The role is to provide full administrative support to both the sales and finance teams. This role also requires coverage of two locations based in Macclesfield and Stafford. This role offers the right candidate the opportunity to use organisational and administrative skills to assist with the vehicle sales process by:

Maintaining vehicle stock records inline with vehicle sales and purchases. Coordinating the preparation of customer orders, and to organise the registration and taxation of all new vehicles. Liaising with service department personnel to ensure all required job requests are completed on time for all vehicles. The invoicing of all vehicles, and to collate files to carryout final compliance checklists.

Skills

In addition to your experience, you will demonstrate the following skills

Requirements The ideal candidate will have previous sales administration experience, ideally from within an automotive dealership environment, with strong IT skills including Excel (Kerridge experience preferred but not essential).

Excellent attention to detail

Strong organisational and time management skills

Ability to follow robust processes.
