Our family-run coach business was established in 1979 and provides services across the whole of England and UK.

The company is based at two operational depots, one based at the head office in Chadderton, Oldham. The other in Carrington, Manchester. This position will be based in Chadderton.

About the Role:

As a Sales Administrator at Swans Travel, you will play a pivotal role in our team. Your responsibilities will include:

    Answering inbound calls, addressing client queries
    Providing accurate quotations via phone or email
    Liaising with Operations for resource availability
    Processing customer orders, bookings, and payments
    Updating and maintaining client records
    Following up with previous clients for feedback


The Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for a dynamic individual who possesses:

    Excellent communication skills
    Strong attention to detail
    Ability to handle client queries effectively
    Previous experience in administrative roles
    Familiarity with customer service practices
