Dynamite Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator for our award-winning client based in Fareham. This is a really exciting time to be joining them as they go through some huge growth plans!!
Any experience working within telecommunications or a technical environment would be a huge advantage but this is not essential!!

  • Full Time, Permanent
  • Salary paying between £20,000 to £23,000 P/A
  • Monday to Friday- 9am to 5:30pm
  • Ideally, we need candidates to have none or little notice period.

The duties of the Sales Administrator include:
  • Supporting the sales team with all admin tasks.
  • Putting together sales quotations for customers.
  • Processing all sales orders ensuring all details are processed correctly.
  • Keeping all sales activity updated using Salesforce.
  • Running reports for customer and sales activities.
  • Keeping all internal teams updated regarding customers’ orders.
Experience required:
  • Having worked within a sales admin/sales support role is essential!
  • Must have a good sense of humor and be sales-focused!
  • Knowledge or Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
  • Be a strong and confident communicator to all levels!
