Hillcroft Surgery Supplies is a fast-growing and family-owned company based in Yeovil, supplying medical consumables, pharmaceuticals and equipment to Doctor’s Surgeries and Health Centres across the UK. The Sales team consists of three members of staff in the office and three reps out in the field. They are a vital point of contact for customers, and they require an administrator to support the daily administration function within the team. A knowledge of the healthcare industry would be useful but is not essential as full training will be given.

Primary Duties:

- Drafting emails to customers and replying to queries

- Processing Report Forms from Sales Reps and ensuring that actions are followed through

- Electronic filing

- Creating order forms for customers

- Creating web favourites for customers and uploading to the web

- Data analysis and reporting

- Sending web logins to customers needing to access the website

- Sending samples to customers

- Managing a daily task list on the CRM to complete and record processes accurately

- Validating database lists prior to mailouts

- Contacting existing customers to book Rep appointments

- Helping to prepare Rep Summary forms prior to appointments

- Undertaking other administrative duties for the team as required

Required Skills:

- Have excellent record keeping, attention to detail and organisational skills

- A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products

- Be a great communicator and can work as part of a team

- Be methodical and logical in approach

- Conscientious and keen to learn

- The ability to multi-task and manage your own workload

- Be flexible and adaptable

- GCSE Maths and English at Grades A-C (or equivalent)

28 days holiday per year, including bank holidays

£25,000 based on a 45-hour working week, with possible flexibility regarding start/finish times.

We also offer free parking and two free lunches per week (following the successful completion of a probationary period).
