Job Title: Inside Sales Representative - 1A
Hours:08:00-17:00, Monday-Friday (including 1 hour unpaid lunch break)
Reporting to: Inside Sales Manager
Starting Salary: £23,000 (plus generous commission scheme upon completion of 90-day probation)
Clearly structured levelling program in place to increase base salary in line with performance

Due to a continued period of growth and expansion, we are looking for the next Spanish speaking member of our Sales team!
Job Overview
Responsible for sales and customer support responding to customer inquiries and managing sales leads that originate primarily from telephone enquiries.
In this role, you will deal directly with customers (B2B and B2C) via the phone and email, along with web chat, turning sale opportunities into billable sales from our extensive range of stock. This will involve creating quotes and processing sales orders, requiring a combination of attention to detail, time management and the highest levels of customer service.
You will also be responsible for checking the continued accuracy of products displayed on the Radwell website, sourcing new products from manufacturers and negotiating the best prices with manufacturers and other suppliers.
Essential Knowledge & Skills
To be considered for this position, you must have...
Essential: Fluency in speaking Spanish (verbal and written).

Desirable: It would be extremely advantageous if you were also fluent in speaking French (verbal and written).
Education & Experience:
- Previous sales experience in a related environment
- OR a university degree in language / business or related field of study
