Sales Account Manager Our Company: McGill Motorsport Ltd is a successful online retail business employing a small dedicated team of 10 staff, retailling engineered automotive products to trade and personal customers worldwide. Role Description: Playing a key role within our business, your duties will be widespread where you will be responsible for many areas contributing to the day to day operation of the company. You will be responsible for assisting with customer enquiries and sales via telephone and e-mail from our worldwide client base. You will process quotations and sales on our CRM system. Customer service is extremely important to us, you will be required to have excellent communication, literacy and numerical skills to deal with any enquiry confidently. Training will be provided, however we require you to have some relevant education/experience. Job Responsibilities:-Liase with Clients by telephone and email, taking sales enquiries, building rapport in a professional format.
  • Assist with Customers’ questions on technical applications, problems, warranties and repairs in a manner that is easily understood.
  • Ensure that all Customers’ are dealt with quickly and efficiently.
  • Complete all administrative functions in an accurate and timely manner. Required Skills, Qualities and Qualifications:
  • Exemplary communication skills, both verbal and written; ability to develop and maintain working relationships with Colleagues, the Client base and Manufacturers.
  • Committed to achieving excellent Customer relations, ensuring that Customers’ expectations are exceeded.
  • Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and accurate record-keeping.
  • Work together with Colleagues to support the achievement of increased profit and sales without compromising the quality of work.
  • Positive, friendly and professional manner with the ability to work well under pressure, handle conflicting demands, and schedule work appropriately.
  • Computer literate with knowledge of general IT systems and applications including the Office suite (Excel, Word, etc) and the internet.
  • Ability to learn about engineered products and to explain clearly the benefits of these to Customers. Working
