The Role:
· Processing customer orders
· Booking in stock
· Liaising between branches and external suppliers to resolve any discrepancies
· Creating purchase orders
· Completing daily spread sheets
· Answering telephone calls and taking messages for the sales team
Required Skills:
· Strong personality and confident on the phone
· IT literate, and knowledge of excel
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure
· Previous experience in an admin role
