We have an exciting opportunity for a Salaried GP to join our team here at Waddesdon Surgery for 4-5 sessions per week..

Waddesdon is a sought after area to live in with an outstanding school just 15 minutes outside of Aylesbury.

We are a partnership of 4 Doctors, 2 Practice Nurses, a Healthcare Assistant and a Clinical Pharmacist with a practice population of over 5400 patients serving Waddesdon and it’s surrounding villages.

We are a fully dispensing, EMIS web, Docman and AccuRx practice that is part of North Bucks Primary Care Network with additional pharmacists, care coordinators, mental health practitioners and a well established social prescribing team. We have future plans to become a training practice and are supporting our clinical team to upskill in a range of areas.

Clinics are made up of telephone, virtual and face to face set appointments with a maximum of 14 appointments per session. There is no separate duty doctor expectation.

We are a friendly and dynamic team who support each other through regular meetings and day to day informal discussions about clinical care and individual complex cases. We value the need to manage workload to be able to provide excellent clinical care but also to ensure a healthy work life balance.

Rated GOOD for all CQC areas, consistently high QOF achievement and very high patient satisfaction levels including this year’s National GP Survey. We benefit from an active supportive patient group and volunteers.
