SALARIED GP POST

An exciting opportunity has arisen at Millcroft Medical Centre for a Salaried GP to join our fantastic Team.

Key Information

We are a growing practice with a population of over 30,000 patients working within a purpose built practice in Crewe, Cheshire.

We are an EMIS-Web, Docman , Accurx, paper light practice. We are a friendly, open and transparent practice whose goal is to provide the highest standards of health care to our patients through a team approach. We are an innovative, forward thinking practice with high achievements in local and national targets. We are a training practice and full support and mentoring is given to the salaried GP team.

Our current team has a full complement of allied health professionals including, eleven GP Partners, Salaried GPs, Nurse Practitioners, Paramedic, Mental Health Workers, Practice Nurses, Physiotherapist, SPLW, Pharmacist’s, Business Manager, Practice Manager and a complement of highly skilled support staff.

Key Benefits

  • Sessions: Negotiable between 5-8
  • 15 patients per session with no extras and low visits
  • Six weeks plus bank holidays, study leave
  • Dedicated on-call / triage team to manage ‘on the day’ demand
  • Administration work divided equally amongst the team on the day
  • Opportunities to be involved with clinical projects and/or teaching and training
  • Scope and support to develop special interests
  • Will sponsor a doctor needing a visa
