Purpose of the Role

To drive and develop HCM implementation consultancy and services delivery at Phase 3 by supporting projects and initiatives from the consultancy team. Working closely with clients you will ensure effective and efficient scoping and delivery of requirements and provide best-in-class service delivery.
Working with a portfolio of clients you will help to bridge the gap between People and Technology.

Key Responsibilities

Don’t rule yourself out if you have experience of just a sub-set of the following as you can expect full support. We have scope to take on both highly experienced and fresh HCM consultants, for:

- Project initiation/Scoping
- System design, configuration and testing
- Data migration
- Implementation, UAT and client training support
- Business intelligence
- Long-term client services, advice and guidance
- Project and team support
- Consultancy delivery will be mostly office-based with your Phase 3 team, with attendance at client offices in the UK and some time at home can be considered

Essential Requirements

- Experience of Sage People HCM preferred, but applicable HCM configuration (HCM, Recruit, Payflow, Talent, Benefits) also suitable
- Contextual awareness, particularly of HR and Payroll
- Understanding of Sage People project life-cycle and methods
- Communicative fluency, both verbal and in documentation
- Strong analytical thinking and open-ness to learning
- Excitement about flexibility, independence, initiative and knowledge-sharing in your job
- Commitment to clients, team and a Phase 3 role

Salary: £25,000.00-£37,000.00 per year
