The Role

Stags are looking to recruit a rural practice surveyor to join our Professional Services team in Tiverton or Wellington.

The role will involve acting for a mix of clients across Devon and Somerset on a broad spectrum of matters which includes:

· Formal “Red Book” valuations of residential and agricultural property

· Rural grant and Countryside Stewardship applications

· Miscellaneous Landlord and Tenant work

· Compulsory Purchase and Compensation

· Estate Management

· Letting of Farms, Land and Farm Buildings

· Rural Planning (alongside our specialist Planning team)

The role also involves building on existing clients and business contacts and working with other members of the immediate team wider department and firm as a whole.

Requirements

You will ideally be MRICS qualified and a RICS Registered Valuer. Being a Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers would also beneficial although applications from those who are not a RICS Registered Valuer or Fellow of the CAAV would be considered.

· Full UK driving licence
