Production duties, not limited to but including – Mixing, blending or grading of industrial tyre Rubber Shred and chip, packing product in polythene bags and on pallets, stock recording, online manual quality control picking, and other on production line and warehouse associated activities.
Operating hours - normal working hours (typically 40hrs per week, fluctuating subject to client demands) and will be in variable shifts (As directed by your Line Manager) between the hours of 06:00 to 18:00 on Monday to Friday
Salary – Relevant mandatory ‘Living wage’.
First 3 months is on probation period; with a view to offer a permanent role subject to satisfactory performance, attendance and continued growth of the company production requirements.
Candidate Qualities
- A strong work ethic, with good attendance record and a can-do attitude... (As a small team; if one team member does not turn in and/or is not keen to work hard the whole team suffer.)
- No Specific machine experience needed, operator training, and health and safety training provided.
- A Flexible attitude to do all tasks needed in the factory or warehouse.
- Punctuality to arrive on time always stipulated by the Factory Manager. - Preferred but not essential – a current forklift truck driver certificate.

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

COVID-19 considerations:
Working on the production line the work stations are well spread. The factory is well ventilated and when from time to time working in close proximity of others, masks and gloves are provided.

  • Forklift truck licence (preferred)
