• Your role with us
• We are looking to recruit Tour Guides and Retail Staff to join our team in The Royal Mint Experience (RME). As an RME Tour Guide / Retail Staff you will work across the retail and tour guide operation and ensure a memorable and enjoyable experience is being delivered to all our guests. Working across the two areas you will be involved in delivering a guided tour to our guest and working within the gift shop. You will also ensure that all guests who visit the experience always receive the highest level of customer service.

• Creative, enthusiastic and energetic

• We are looking for a future colleague with experience in:
• Drama / acting / live entertainment
• Confidently speaking to and engaging with members of the public and speaking to a large audience
• Working within a retail / hospitality / tourism environment
• Please note: You must be able to work weekends, evenings and school holidays (including Christmas and Easter). Hours of work are either 18 or 12 per week.
