We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who will lead the implementation of a new rota management system and a core operations system as part of our Transform 21 Programme.This is a Fixed Term contract - 9 months. 37.5 hours per week

The purpose of this role is act as the project manager for the implementation of our new rota and core operations systems at Affinity Trust.
The post holder will need to be committed to gaining granular understanding of both systems to ensure effective problem solving and to support operations in implementation.
You will be responsible for ensuring that the rota system is implemented in line with the existing project plan but will be involved at an earlier stage for the operations system, ensuring it is built, tested, rolled out, adopted, and embedded throughout the organisation in a timely and robust manner.
You will work closely with sponsors, independent consultants/suppliers, and other project managers to provide assurance to the Senior Management Team (SMT) that the projects are implemented and delivering the desired benefits.
What skills and experience do I need?
- 5-7 years (systems) project management experience
- Experience of selecting and implementing SaaS platforms
- Experience of developing knowledge and understanding of new systems and how they link to existing organisational workflows and coming up with new workflows/solutions
- Experience of social care operational processes would be an advantage
- An appropriate university degree or experience
- Project Management Qualification (Prince 2, PMP)
- Data protection regulations impacting Operations
- Knowledge of charity/not for profit sector
