I am recruiting for a room leader for a nursery based in Didcot. You must be level 3 qualified and have previous experience in a senior role or be an experienced practitioner looking to take the next step in your career. The Room Leader working in partnership the Manager and Deputy Manager is responsible for the effective leadership of the nursery team, providing training, coaching and mentoring and implementing a robust performance management strategy supporting team members to ensure service excellence for our current and prospective customers. This includes role modelling leadership behaviour and supporting to deliver or exceeding all key performance indicators and business results.

You must be level 3 qualified in early years foundation stage and hold a Microsoft or equivalent ICT certificate. You will be working with children 3 months to 5 years old creating a happy, fun learning environment where they can grow to their full potential. You will be running activities alongside the team overseeing the progress and health of all of the children in your room. You will be working alongside the management team and liaising with parents and carers.
