Roofer Labourer

Colne

£18,278 rising to £21,954 p/annum with length of service

Permanent | 37 hours p/week

The Together Housing Group is currently enjoying a period of growth - to support our service delivery plans we are looking for a new labourer to join our experienced property services team. The role will be covering the Colne & Pendle area. The successful applicant will be able to provide efficient and comprehensive planned maintenance services.

You will be carrying out all types of labouring tasks to both tenanted as well as vacant properties, in accordance with pre-approved job tickets as well as arranged appointment slots.

All work we carry out is done with an ethos of “Right First Time” completing work where practicable in the first visit, with a good standard of performance, quality workmanship and team work.

All works we carry out are done with a very high regard to customer care and satisfaction including ensuring that work is carried out to protect tenant’s furniture and belongings as appropriate.

To be successful as a labourer, you will require the following skills knowledge & experiences:

  • Manual Handling experience
  • Working at heights experience
  • Experience of working in a customer service environment
  • Ability to organise and programme your own daily work load
  • Knowledge of site safety
