Position Overview:
In conjunction with controller, to maximise the operational availability for the customer of their equipment through timely and efficient PM servicing and machine inspections identifying possible issue’s which may impact availability. To carry out minor repairs as requested. To be an ambassador for safety at all times, by servicing the products in a manner which promotes safety for self and customer.
Job Description:
Major Job Functions:
Preventative Maintenance Servicing (carrying out routine servicing of equipment in line with manufacturers guidelines, taking routine oil samples) 75%
Machine Inspection (carry out visual / mechanical analysis of machine condition highlighting developing issues with systems and components including, electrical, mechanical) 20%
Minor Repairs (complete minor repairs as identified during machine inspection) 5%
