Recovery Driver / Roadside technician required for busy recovery company based in Scarborough which travel throughout the U.K.

Applicant MUST be flexible with hours and be able to work some unsocial hours on both nights and weekends alongside the standard day shift hours.

C1 & C1E License along with CPC Digi card is essential as you will be driving a 7.5T or 12T slidebed recovery truck. Mechanical knowledge and common sense is also a must.

Full training and uniform provided along with company phone.

Duties will be to:

  • Collect casualty vehicles from the scenes of breakdowns or accidents and transport them to locations throughout the U.K.
  • Attend the scene of the breakdown and provide roadside assistance to customers including diagnosing faults, wheel changes, battery replacements.
  • General workshop tasks in the Garage/depot.
