Risk, Finance and Treasury (RFT) Technology is responsible for CTB and Real-Time biding (RTB) technology management which deliver and maintain front to back technology solutions to the Chief Risk Office, Finance and Treasury departments. Our departments’ scope includes the definition of Information Technology strategy and its safe and controlled implementation and management into the operational business flows. RFT Technology is responsible for ~€400m annual change book of work across 20 sub-domains.

The RFT Chief Operating Officer (COO) team are looking to recruit an experienced Business Manager with proved experience operating domain level financial, Target Operating Model (TOM) and planning/investment governance processes at scale.

You will work in a team with responsibility for the successful operation of headcount and financial management. You will work closely with the sub-domain stakeholders, Chief Information Officer, Business Managers and Project Management Officers (CIOs, BMs and PMOs), programme and project managers to ensure the Change the Bank investments are planned and managed appropriately.

Your key responsibilities

• Responsible for Governance and Reporting for RFT CTB Portfolio
• Integration of the Strategy Objectives (Objective definition, objective tracking)
• Supervising key Performance Indicators (KPI) management (Balance Scorecard, TDI scorecard, RFT KPIs, Tech strategy KPIs)
• Oversee all communications-related activities and reporting from the RFT Central team, including newsletters, All Hands call scripts, and town hall scripts
• You will have day to day liaison with CIOs, BMs and PMOs

Your skills and experience

• Experience of working as a Business Manager
• Demonstrable experience in Governance and PMO of complex transformation programmes to successful conclusions
• Relevant experience working in the Financial Services industry
• Proven experience in mentoring and coaching teams
• Driven to improve identify and fix broken process
