This comes off the back of great successes and growth in demand.This client is a well established name in the industry, known for providing for both truly committing to their employees and customers, with an incredible retention rate and glowing reviews to prove it.Job DescriptionThis role involves a mix of compliance and risk reporting.On the compliance side, this role will involve assisting with recording and handling of complaints, first line response, oversight of third party dealings and providing solutions and support to the team.The risk side of this role involves capturing and processing information to create risk reports, assisting in recording and monitoring risks, ensuring the risk database is acknowledged by the team and managing risks when possible.The team has an existing strong risk management function and is looking for more support on the compliance and administrative side of things.The Successful ApplicantIdeal applicants have an eye for detail and show a proactive approach at work, able to independently complete tasks with minimal oversight and also with the team. Applicants who demonstrate a strong drive will be looked upon favourably.Previous experience in financial services is very important as while there will be training and shadowing available, the client would like for applicants to be able to land comfortably in the role and get involved.Previous compliance experience is especially valuable, particularly if in financial services.What’s On OfferThe client has been highly awarded by organisations who recognise good treatment of customers and employees.
