Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to really make a difference in our Nursing and Residential Home? We are looking for a dynamic individual who has a current valid PIN Number, to work in our Nursing and Residential Home.

You will be working closely with the Clinical Lead, Home Manager and the Team to ensure quality care is delivered to our residents. As part of your role, you will be responsible for carrying out quality audits, will lead by example and monitor standards. Care Planning and liaising with multi-disciplinary health professionals is also required. Your standards will be of the highest calibre and a “can do” attitude is essential.

In turn, you will work in a beautiful Home, have ongoing support and training and be part of a journey to improve our Home.

DBS, PIN/Revalidation, Uniform, Breaks and Handover are all paid by Hill Care. We also offer free-parking.
