My client is seeking a skilled Reward Analyst to join their Reward team based in Warwickshire. Offering a salary of up to £50k and 2 days in the office per week. This role is for a 24 month FTC, with the likelihood of being made permanent.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead annual salary reviews, from recommendations to administration.
  • Administer bonus schemes and incentives.
  • Ensure accurate benefits administration and liaise with vendors.
  • Develop a data library for role bench-marking and job evaluations.
  • Collaborate with HR to integrate reward strategies into HRIS and processes.

Ideally you will have:

  • Knowledge of reward practices, with a focus on bench-marking and compensation modelling
  • An in-depth understanding of market benchmark surveys and job evaluation methodologies
  • Excellent analytical skills
