My client is seeking a skilled Reward Analyst to join their Reward team based in Warwickshire. Offering a salary of up to £50k and 2 days in the office per week. This role is for a 24 month FTC, with the likelihood of being made permanent.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead annual salary reviews, from recommendations to administration.
- Administer bonus schemes and incentives.
- Ensure accurate benefits administration and liaise with vendors.
- Develop a data library for role bench-marking and job evaluations.
- Collaborate with HR to integrate reward strategies into HRIS and processes.
Ideally you will have:
- Knowledge of reward practices, with a focus on bench-marking and compensation modelling
- An in-depth understanding of market benchmark surveys and job evaluation methodologies
- Excellent analytical skills
