We are excited to announce that we are now recruiting for a Retail Assistant to join our growing team. As a Retail Team Member, you will be at the heart of our operations, so we are looking for individuals who share our energy and passion and will contribute to our ongoing success.

As a Retail Team Member you will be the face of our brand, providing excellent customer service whilst taking ownership and using your own initiative, in a fun and engaging team environment. We put a lot of work in ensuring we have a healthy team dynamic, so you can be confident that will support you feel comfortable and thereby deliver to the best of their ability in the challenging role of Retail Assistant

Retail Team Member - The role

  • Deliver excellent customer service to all customers
  • Build and maintain successful partnerships with customers, colleagues and suppliers and focus on the achievement of long-term customer loyalty
  • Be flexible to carry out various tasks and activities to support the effective overall running of the branch
  • Working collaboratively to achieve company KPIs
  • Maintaining housekeeping standards
  • Setting up promotional activities

The ideal Retail Team Member

  • Have a proven track record in a fast paced retail environment.
  • Enjoy being on the shop floor- No sitting in the office for you!
  • Be able to demonstrate a high level of operational, leadership, planning, organisational, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Be target driven and customer service orientated
  • Be highly motivated and ambitious
  • Be a self starter with a can do attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £10.87-£11.65 per hour
